How to View, Print and Download KSEB Bill Payment Receipt

Having an account in the web self-service portal of the Kerala State Electricity Board is so beneficial for every consumer of KSEB. If you don’t have one, you can create one easily in some easy steps. If you have an account, you can log in to your account in the web self-service portal using your user name and password. To view or download your KSEB bill payment receipt, it is mandatory to have an account in the WSS portal.

How to Register in the Web Self Service Portal

You can register an account in the web self-service portal using your consumer number, e-mail, and mobile number. You can read the step-by-step instructions to register in the WSS portal here. No need to worry if you don’t remember your KSEB consumer number, you can find your consumer number easily using your mobile number.

How to View KSEB Bill Payment Receipt Online

Receipts for the payments that are made directly through the KSEB website only will be available in the WSS portal. If you paid your bill using any other method such as Google pay, PhonePe or Paytm, etc, will not be available. To view and download your KSEB bill receipt, you must log in to your account in the WSS portal. You can go to the login page by following the below link.

Go to KSEB WSS Login Page

Type your user name, password, and click Sign In.

 

 

Click History on the left sidebar.

Click on Transaction Details on the top.

If you select the Logged In User option, you can view receipts of all of your consumer numbers, or you can narrow it down by selecting the Consumer Number option and selecting the consumer number from the list.

Select the number of months from the Period list. The maximum you can select is 12 months.

Now you can see a list of payments you have made in the past. For each transaction, there will be a Receipt button on the left side. To view the receipt, click on the Receipt button next to the transaction details.

Now you can view your KSEB bill payment receipt.

 

How to Print and Download KSEB Bill Payment Receipt

There are print and download buttons on the top. If you want to take a printout of your KSEB online payment receipt, click on the Print button. For downloading your KSEB receipt in PDF format, click on the Download (Down arrow) button. The receipt will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF document.
