• KSEB യുടെ ഒന്നാം ഘട്ട ഓൺ ലൈൻ രജിസ്ട്രേഷനിലൂടെ ബൾബ് വാങ്ങിയ വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഞാൻ എന്നാൽ രണ്ടാം ഘട രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് ചെയ്യാൻ ഓപ്ഷൻ കാണുന്നില്ല' KSEB പറയുന്നത് ബൾബ് വിതരണത്തിന് വരുന്ന ആളിനോടു അധിക ബൾബ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്യാം എന്നാണ്. എന്നാൽ വിതരണത്തിന് വന്ന ആൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ഓൺലൈനിലൂടെ ചെയ്യാൻ ' രണ്ടാം ഘട്ട ഓൺലൈൻ ഓപ്ഷൻ കാണുന്നില്ല. ദയവായി ഇക്കാര്യം പരിശോധിച്ച് എത്രയും വേഗം പരിഹരിക്കണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന്

  For me as a normal person this is beyond affordable

  Every month i requested
  But no action has been taken to change the line

  Therefore, we request you to take any steps in this regard and get rid of it and make it a normal line🙏

• ഹലോ sir നെട്ടയം ഇടവറ റോഡിൽ 5:30മുതൽ കറന്റ്‌ ഇല്ല

• Sir, 2000 രൂപ വരെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ എല്ലാ online payment,free ആണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കുന്നു.
  എന്നാൽ kseb bill online pay ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നല്ലൊരു amount convnt. Charge അതിന്റെ cess എന്നിങ്ങനെ consumer ൽ നിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
  ഇത് ഒഴിവാക്കാനാവില്ലേ.

  Bill amt. കൂടുന്തോറും ഈ addl amt ഉം കൂടും.
  Online payment ആകുമ്പോൾ staff ന്റെ ജോലി കുറയുകയല്ലേ. പിന്നെന്തിന് ഈ അധികഭാരം consumer നെ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

• Hi, today i have received my electricity bill consumer #1155100014561, bill number-5510210513140, where i have noted that kseb charged me 975rs LED bulb charge 1st installment, but i never have recived any bulb from kseb department, so it is surprising me where is this bulbs? Pleaee department investigates such practice, and action to rectify.
