KSEB Online Portal – New User Registration Procedure in wss.kseb.in

The web self-service portal of KSEB – wss.kseb.in offers a number of useful services to KSEB consumers.  Apart from paying your electricity bill, you can do several other things through the WSS portal of KSEB. To use the services, you should be a registered member of the WSS portal.  The process of registration is not complicated, you can register an account on wss.kseb.in within seconds using your KSEB 13 digit consumer number.

You should fill up your KSEB 13 digit consumer number and your last bill number to begin the registration process. Don’t remember your consumer number or can’t find the last bill? No need to worry, you can find both the details online by yourself.

How to Find KSEB Consumer Number

How to Find Your Last KSEB Bill Number

The easiest way to find your last bill number is to find the last printed bill you have received from KSEB. If you have one, you can see the bill number printed on the top. If you couldn’t find the bill, you can view your latest bill using your consumer number. Details the are Mandatory for KSEB WSS Online Portal Registration

1. Your Consumer Number
2. Latest Bill Number
3. User ID: It can contain alphabets and numbers, should not contain special characters like *,%,&,@, etc. The length should be at least 6 characters.
4. Password: The length should be between 8 and 12.  It should contain at least one character, one number, and one special character.
5. Your Name
6. Your E-Mail ID
7. Your Mobile Number
8. Verification Code

The verification code is used for checking whether you are a real person or not. Type the characters of the image on the left side in the text box on the right side. There are some more items on the registration page, these are not necessary for registration. You can fill these up if you want.

You can see a confirmation message now. You will receive an activation e-mail to your registered e-mail address also. Check your e-mail inbox for an activation e-mail sent by KSEB. The sender name will be from ksebfc.dnr and the sender e-mail address will be ksebfc.dnr@kseb.in and its subject will be Confirm your email address

 

 

Open the activation e-mail. There will be an activation link for activating your account.

 

 

Click on Confirm your Web Self Service account or copy and paste the link in your browser address bar to activate your account.

 

Your account is now activated. Click on Back to Login to go to the KSEB Online Portal login page. Type your user name and password there and click  Login to log in to your KSEB Online Portal Account.

How to delete the KSEB Web Self-service Portal account?

Currently, there is no delete option available in the web self-service portal of KSEB – wss.kseb.in. You cannot delete your account by yourself. If you want to delete your account, you should contact the customer service of KSEB using one of the following phone numbers.
