How to Find KSEB 13 Digit Consumer Number Without Bill Using Mobile Number

You will need your KSEB consumer number for making every transaction or request no matter whether online or offline. If you have a printed bill from the Kerala State Electricity Board in your hand, you can see it on top of it. No problem if you don’t have one handy, you can find the KSEB consumer number using your mobile number. How many digits are there in the KSEB consumer number?

KSEB consumer number is a 13-digit number starting with 11. The last 6 digits of the 13-digit number are the actual consumer number, you can find it on your energy meter. First two digits represent the category of consumer, the next four numbers indicate your section code, and the seventh one is a check digit.

There is no Search Consumer Number option anywhere on the KSEB website. KSEB does not offer a service exclusively for finding your consumer number. But you can find it in some other way. There is a Quick Pay facility available in the KSEB web self-service portal. You can use it for paying your electricity bill without logging in. You can use it for finding your consumer number also. Find Your KSEB Consumer Number

On this page, you can see two options

• Consumer number
• Mobile number

Select Mobile Number from those options. After selecting that, you can see a country dropdown list and a text box to enter your mobile number. Type your mobile number in the Enter your mobile number text box. If the mobile number registered with KSEB is not an Indian mobile number, you should select the country from the countries list first. After filling up your mobile number, click Submit to see the bill button.

You can now see a list of consumer numbers with consumer names and electrical sections associated with the mobile number you have entered. You can use it for paying your KSEB bills, viewing your bill, subscribing to SMS alerts, etc.

Is there any way to search the KSEB consumer number by name

Unfortunately, no. At present, there is no way to find a person’s 13-digit KSEB consumer number using his/her name. If your mobile number is linked with your consumer number, you can find your consumer details using your mobile number.
